I've never been to a circus... but now I want to go to one more than ever! Ringling will be in Nashville, TN during the last week of this month... I hope I'll be able to go!

That's a really fantastic video set of a show which I never got to see, but some acts which I have long heard about and wanted to witness.

I liked the short bit on the circus train headed through Horseshoe Curve, also. Brings back memories of traveling that passage on Amtrak.

The wedding ceremony is particularly surreal to watch, however. You probably were not aware of this, but the bride was Dessi Espana, who fell to her death during a chiffon act five years ago. I was with some friends of hers on the anniversary of that date a couple years back. Just being in their presence as they offered remembrance of the night that they were there as it occurred made, also, a strong impact upon me.

Wow, I've never been to the circus either, but I really want to see it now... and just my luck, I have one of those tickets! Mom keeps it in a baby book among a few other 1993 momentos. I suppose if I was born in the year of the circus, you might as well celebrate it.
