Just wanted to toot my own horn. Got the Job, at least for the end of the year party for our local Chick-fil-A. Hope it becomes something reqular. Keep you fingers, toes, and eyes crossed for me.. [It'll make you walk funny]
Thats great Sue, and a great way to bring in the new year....
Will the cows be there and and wear the hats and toot the horns?

The owners order "New Year Eve" type hats, I'll be doing balloons and walkaround type, stuff. Sounds like she wants a big party. I'm gonna brush up on my cow and chicken jokes.

That's great, SapphireSue!
Our local Chick-Fil-A routinely has family-oriented events, including
asking the fire department to bring a fire truck to their restaurant
on occasion.
I hope it turns into a regular gig!

She mentioned they'd like to use me more, Persistance pays off, I've been going by and dropping my card off every so often for a year. New owner, she told me she had been looking for a clown but didn't find one listed in the yellow pages, closesy one was next town. I know there are more here, and I stay busy with clown ministry and reg. work that I haven't really pursued getting a web page, or in the phone book, [mainly because you have to pay business rate for you home phone if you use it, now I can use my cell and not have to do that so I plan to get listed.] But now I am ready to get Sallybang out there. Sue has enough with church and nursing home ministry.

Sounds like you're ready for a round of, "Why did the chicken cross the road?" jokes. There were a gazillion and 1 last time I counted.
