Punkin maxo 06-16-2009, 12:04 AM yes I do i had one its a s levitation the hoop is part of the trick look close at the left ladder. the ladder spins it does not move like the other one mak magic has one something like it you can get the hoop at most magic shops StuartPid 06-16-2009, 12:26 PM Now Now we are not here to expose magic secrets........ The ladder levitation will only cost ya like 13,000 and the hoop 5,000 and since you will most likely not purchase them... the workings are of no concern tisk tisk Maxo maxo 06-16-2009, 10:15 PM I feel as we are all clowns and or magicains if it helps a fellow enterainer to under stand how things work, for big tricks then they can apply it to smaller ones mak magic has a levitation for around 500.00 to 600.00. the way I see it,this is where we can share clown secrets and magic. maxo Fitzwilly 06-16-2009, 10:40 PM Not exactly. RD has had his hand slapped in the past for trying to ferret out secrets just because we all want to know. This is still a public forum and the secrets if exposed would not be a good thing. There are a number of ways to perform a levitation routine. Some are really simple and some are really complex. Generally the more complex and fancier the higher the $$$. The real question is "are they worth the investment?" The most definitely can be if you can design the patter to fit your character. A friend of mine has a version that requires two common folding chairs that the victim floats above. It gets him a number of gigs. But for me to get the same bang for my buck that he does I would have to rewrite my entire show as well as rework the logic and patter for that trick. Not to mention figure out how to keep the kids away from my stuff afterwards, while I was making balloons or face painting. Short answer: No blatant exposing of secrets on the forum. Perhaps a hint or two, or a general description of the effect produced. If you feel you really must expose a closely guarded secret then do it in a private email. |
