Teach for 1 hour and then let the kids do there own circus for themself, with mums and dads to attend at the end of party. Some ideas I thought of.
Anymore ideas?

1. Dress / facepaint some kids to act as lions & tigers ; rolling, stand on buckets, show their teeth, stand on all fours, make line to walk in circle on all fours with hands on person on front's back & ringmaster to show them.
2. Easy clown gag for two.
3. Some kids doing gimnastics to use as balancing group.
4. Someone doing ballet can do a dance.
5. Someone singing can sing a song.
6. Facepaint dog, cat & monkey to climb ladder, dog chase cat through tunnel, monkey ride on dog walking on all fours, jump through hula hoops, over hurdles, bark number of times the amount of dog biscuits presented.
7. Clown do wire walking on rope on grass.
8. Juggler with two balls / rings / silks.
9. Magicain with easy magic trick.
10. Everybody walk around circle for finale.

Don't forget your PA for circus music, and microphone for announcements and singers.
Use a candyfloss machine and/or popcorn machine as extra's.
Maybe mom will play waitress and walk around with a refreshment tray.
Produce the birthdaycake/present by magic in the circus ring.
