I heard about another resturant looking for a magician for Family night. Called the manager, he's hired a magician for the month of Feb, but is very excited to talk with me and will meet with me any time. He'd like to try another day. So keep you finger, toes, eyes and ears crossed for me We Meet next Tues to discuss it.
Totally awesome Sue!
I've even corssed my eyes for ya, although I can only hold 'em crossed for a short time.....

Well it was a bust. He was so excited when I called, things like oh yes, I'd love to meet with you, I'll see you any time. Asked me to call when I got off work from my day job and we set up the time for me to come in later. I called never got to talk with him again. Oh well, I'll forget him and try to get his competition.

I can be found clowning around at Damons Grill every Wednesday night In Midland MI 5:00-8:00pm. If your ever in the area stop in and say hi!
Way to move on, Sue...
I'm finding that is just how you as the professional entertainer have to handle it.
The western gig I have potentially lined is a little different since hes wanting me specifically for birthday parties, but the same basic rules apply.
