Why do my pictures in my profile albums turn out

They are showing up big because... that is how big they are when you upload them. The picture size of some of the full body shots is 1920px × 2560px which at 72dpi is roughly 26x35 inches. I'm assuming you are taking these straight from a digital camera and uploading them. The way most digitals work is they take low res photos that are really big so the quality improves as you shrink the image down.

But she's also such a giant in the clowning world.

I like the simple answer of "they are that big because that's how big they really are." Kinda like "why did the chicken cross the road?..Because she had some sort of motivation to do so."
