Default Spiderwick Twisting...

February 15th, The Spiderwick Chronicles premiers. This brings me to another promotional event.

I'm trying to put a Giant Stilt Puppet together by then, but no idea if I'm going to make it or not (time issues with the baby), but would like to at least have some relevant balloons for the film event.

So far all I have are:

a few unicorn twists.. Standard 260/Hat with 260s/ and a larger sculpture using 646s... (I'll post pics this week)

and a goblin-ish twist using rounds and 160's

If anyone has any designs or ideas to share on fantasy related critters, they'd be greatly appreciated.

Cool goblin. I really haven't seen many "twists" involving round balloons.

There are some out there, but not really in demand. Most twisting revolved around the 260; but you can use just about anything in sculpture if you're patient enough.

I'm as guilty as the next guy by using 260s when doing line work, but would like to see more balloons showing up.

This is the 646 model I use for my unicorn.. thanks to Thelma once again for the design.

Is there a website to watch the trailer or a review of the book? I do not know anything about Spiderwick, but I would like to try and help.

Great balloons, good luck finding more to do, I'll keep an eye out for some.
