I'll see about making one and taking a picture for you Azzy. Basically it is like a half pipe where you tie the balloon. That way you can wrap the balloon around the half pipe and pull it off.

Actually that makes more sense. I saw a nice one like that online that slips over the two middle fingers. I don't think I'd ever buy one unless I saw it in person as an impulse buy. HULK NOT SCARED BY PUNY BALLOON PAIN!!!

I have one from my balloon decorationg days. It was fine for that but I wouldn't want to be putting it down and picking it up all day. If you do as others have suggested and let the air out of the first half inch of the balloon you will learn how to tie without pain.
