Red face Scraps?????

I have had alot of twisters/clowns telling me to save my scrap balloon parts.
And like a good newbie I have been.
HOWEVER... I haven't the slightest idea why!?
Can some of you more experienced twisters help a gal out??
I have all these scraps piling up and no reason to continue.

I just save the long ones and use them for horse reigns and fishing line. No need to waste a perfectly good balloon for those.

Scraps are also good for when you want to make a different color little round nose, or when you are making a sculpture that is only going to use a small portion. Say, like, a couple of 3" white eyes, etc, etc, etc.

I use uninflated scraps to make the string for a bow and arrow. I also use half of a balloon scrap for arrow. I use a yellow or orange scrap to make a beak for a chicken. I use scraps to make the jewels for my princess crown.

Okay, I had no idea what they were used for since my strong point is facepainting and not balloons. Your post gave me alot of good reasons to save scraps, now I just have to learn how to make all of the above items
Thanks Again!

If you can make a horse/pony, then a scrap of a contrasting color, inflated just a little bit, can be added between the ears to make a unicorn.
