Christmas Parade

I am looking for ideas on how to use the annual Christmas Parade as a Christian Witness/ ministry. I am thinking of pulling a large Christmas "package" down the street in a decorated wagon with the words "greatest gift ever" or maybe "free gift". and inside the box would be holiday themed bible tracts to hand out to the crowd. Any ideas on how to perfect this or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!! THANKS!!
