Bible prop?

I'm not sure, but I think either Bubba Sikes or Tony Jones has the Bible that is riged with a pull cord or some type of switch that lets you light it at will, you may have to close it to exstinquish the flame but you can imediately relight it. I've seen it work and saw it at a conference a couple of times.

Usually that kind of prop uses a small battery operated glow pulg with a button you push to give it juice. The glow plug is next to a piece of wick that you douse with lighter fluid before the show.

Been there. Last fall I was flying back from a clown conference and the security people spotted something suspicious in my bag. However, they were having problems figuring out what exactly it was. It turns out it was some steel "thumb cuffs" that I had purchased. (don't know why I purchased them, but I did). Anyway, I explained that I was coming back from a clown conference and the thumb cuffs were a purchase I had made there. The head security guy just shook his head and walked away, but I heard him mutter "kinky."

Actually, "kinky" was my first thought, too. Not everyone would be familiar with thumb cuffs.

I'm sure they get a lot of odd stuff in luggage. I wonder how many vibrators they've come across.
