We had a particularly bad spam attack this morning, so I've changed permissions on the forum to allow only logged-in users to post. (Sorry for the inconvenience everyone!) The spam we caught will be donated to the tramp clowns down at the railroad yards.

This probably means the more determined spammers will just sign up for accounts, so if you spot some just let me or a moderator know. And spam posts are fair game for seltzer squirtin' and pie throwin'. :P

Spam Spam Spam Spam
Wonderful Spam! Wonderful Spam...

Or something like that, anyway.

I don't have a problem with limiting
posts to registered people, and I
don't even mind having to be
approved before I can register.

Thanks for all your efforts running the board!

Just once instead of Spammers couldn't be Virginia Baked HAMmers?

Keep up the good work looking out for us.

Default SPAM

Spam, potted meat, whatever I find in the pantry....

Slap it between two slices of bread and some mayo and we're good to go...

This won't be much problem I guess.
90% of the forums outside do require their visitors to register before they can post. Some even don't allow guest to view the board.
