Patch Adams
I've seen it before, but it was great seeing the movie again. USA show the movie tonight, so it will most likely be repeated soon as they tend to do that. I still think many Dr. could use a good old clown nose.

I hadn't known it was on but came in just at the part where his friend was killed, and had to watch the butterfly scene. *sniffle*

We were scheduled to go and see the real Patch Adams lecture in Toronto a few years back. Unfortunately, events conspired against him making it to Toronto that day, and it was never rescheduled. Still got my ticket.
Lecture date: Sept 11, 2001. I agree, great movie though. Loved his gala greeting for the gynecologists!

One of my favorite movies! <3 Robin Williams makes me smile.
Has anyone looked into his (the real Patch Adams) Humanitarian Clowning Trips? Or gone on one? They look AMAZING.
