I like your stand too. I get very concerned with portability with my equipment. Does it fit in the average car trunk? Is it on wheels? Lightweight? etc.
I think I see holes on the top. Is that where the balloons are? I'd love to see the other side. Can you post pics? It's a real attention-getter!

My youngest does do some volunteer work with me as Bubbles the Clown. She can make a few animal balloons and has her own face painting kit. My oldest works with me now and then. I usually send her out as Cinderella.
  This is probable the best pic I have of the other side of the cart. It's very light and does have wheels. It fits in the back of my PT Cruiser if the seats are down but my husband usually puts it in his truck. There are fabric pockets to hold the balloons and grooves in the bottom for my pump to slide into so it doesn't move. My hubby made it for me. GiGi
