Congratulation for going back to school!!!! It seems like it would be scary for anyone to go back to school. Are you going to be the class clown? Every class needs one.
Nice pictures - Did you give the Rain Deers a day off?
Where you pot of gold?

Glad you're back. I went to nursing school at 41. They call us "non traditional" students, although there are more and more 40 and 50 year olds than ever before. Perks are available. What's your major?

Tip hat Class Clown

I am doing occupational therapy. In this group we have 160 students, only 6 males and only 2 over 25. They call us 'mature aged students' I am offended...I haven't been called 'mature' for a long time...I think I will have some competition as class clown....

Mature clown??? Now there's an oxymoron. Hope I never get there.

Yay to you beanz, for pursuing your dreamz!

Any chance you have to hand in an assignment with a gag, do it.
I'm going to be 35 this year, and I've been thinking about going back to school as well. My trouble is, whenever my hubby playfully asks, "well, what do you want to be when you grow up?", I discard the idea, because growing up is the last thing I want to do!

If I do go back, I think I'll study for an art degree, or maybe study for work as a historic preservationist/conservator of buildings or material culture at some local museum.

My dad just went back to college at age 54...

You're not alone! Good luck, and don't forget the one thing that will get you through any experience: have fun. It'll be tough at first, especially if you've been out of a school-setting for several years, but you'll settle in, and it'll become fun.

How long is the course?

The course is 4 years, but the second half is mostly going out on placements. It should go real quick. Now if I can only get myself organised....
