We were going to have a fake UPS delivery for our boss on Monday. The box was going to contain golden knee pads. We decided that may not be the best idea. Funny though if you know him.

Well it offically April Fools day here. Hope everyone has fun, but safe April fools day.. One of my patients told me last year she called her neighbor telling her that her Blood pressure had gonna up and she needed to go to the hospital......Let's just say she learned not to play that type of joke again, her neighbor was not amused.......

I'm going to start with walking the kids up for school and see how far I get...
