Bush Vs Everyone else? An outsiders point of view.

Totally off topic, but just seen a lot of coverage on the news about the whole presidential election over the other side of the pond.

I know a presidential election is a big deal over there, but whats all the commotion over the whole Bush and Carey thing? Surley you couldn't re-elect Bush again?

Don't mean to get political here, just curious.
