I'm an ant!
Now with pictorial proof!
Wait. Aunt. Human. Not insect! haha, anyways! My brother Pete, and his wife Renée had their first child this morning. His name is Zachary Thomas. 6lbs9ozs. As perfect as can be. He looks just like his daddy: already has a mop of curly red hair! The delivery itself was very fast, and he and his mom are healthy and happy (albeit very tired.). Being the first child, everyone was surprised at how fast the actual delivery went (17 minutes of pushing; the doctors had been predicting two hours. That's pretty impressive!) His mom was able to get up and walk around again pretty soon after the birth, and she's feeling really well, so that's good to know. His dad is exhausted, but doing well also. He'd never held a baby before in his life, so I gave him some advice this morning: face up and head towards you.  He's quite the proud dad.Did I mention how perfect little Zach is?  He has a writer for a dad and an artist for a mom, so this will be one very talented young man. I'm going back in a few hours, and will possibly come back with a picture or two of Mr. Baby (as he has been nicknamed.). Hooooooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He's not grumpy or anything....this was taken on Thursday, and Pete was running on roughly one hour of sleep.   AWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May all Gods Bless women for they are stronger then men. We will drag a car around but aint no man strong enough to go threw labor we would let human kind die out if the roles were reverced but i digress Congrats to Dotties Brother & sister-in-law & concrats to the happy Aunt

Congrats and since it's a boy instead of the first "puke" watch out for the built in sprinkler comes on every time the dipper comes off.
