Default Speaking of pantomime

Beethoven's fifth in case ya didn't know. It takes a few minutes, but it has a happy ending. Found it on one of my music forums. Good ole Sid Ceasar and Nanette Fabray.

And if you have a little more time, this one's a riot, although not pantomime.

Sid Caesar was a brilliant artist who gets forgotten too often by those who wish to study comedy. His shows ought to be mandatory viewing for anyone interested.

And youtube has done us all a great service by bringing this stuff back and making it available to everyone. I honestly think it is one of the greatest breaktrhoughs we have had in a decade.

Now if we could only get something similar of an archive for audio alone.

Seems like everybody smoked in those days, at least according to the movies. It's amazes me how the tobacco companies got their foot in the door every chance they got. Every C ration pack the solders in WWII and the Korean conflict had two cigarettes included. That's at least six cigs/day, and more if you traded for them. Lots of lifetime habits were started right there. I prefer a good cigar myself.
