So instead of a gray hare, you have a brown bear?

(Sir Toony, is this really you? Somehow, this is not how I pictured you! It's so fun to see the human side of my Clown Forum friends!)

I went to a face painting jam yesterday and they decided I shouldn't walk around bald, so they painted a bear-skin rug on my head.
Wow, you sure have clean ears, Sir Toony!

I love the bear skin rug on top of your bare skin mug.

Toony, will you keep that critter on your head until Moose Camp so I recognize you?

Okay---long, but true!, story related to bears.

My brother was on the Larimer County Search and Rescue team in Colorado. He was training his chocolate lab, Hershey (hehe) to be a rescue dog. One day, while they were training the dogs, my brother laid a scent trail and was now pretending to be the victim by being back in the spot where his trail ended. He was sitting on the side of a fairly steep hill, with his back facing uphill. Hershey was at his feet, relaxing while my brother ate his lunch. Suddenly, the hair on Hershey's neck stood straight up like a bristle brush, and she uttered the lowest meanest growl she could utter. My brother looked over his shoulder, in the direction Hershey was looking, and spotted a large bear headed right toward them. He jumped up, tossed his bologna sandwich at the bear and took off downhill following Hershey. He jumped on the radio and called to the party that was training the dogs. While running hard, all he could muster was "Bear."

Needless to say, the trainers on the other end of the radio were a little confused. The dog they were currently training was named Bear, and they couldn't understand why my brother would be calling through the radio.

They all had a good laugh when my brother recounted his story, then quickly moved the training to another location.

Sorry, too late, I will have to come up with another way for you to recognize my bear head.

And yes, that was a picture of me....

Why don't you go bear foot? It could be the paws that refreshes.
