MY tailor is always trying to get me to re-stress. HE says my threads are too bare.

That reminds me of the gift I got my husband for Christmas ... I got him a Round Tuit because everytime I ask him for a favor, he says, "sure ... when I get a round tuit."

I got one of those tuit things, I would always lock myself out and had to remember to see the locksmith for a second set. When I got there, the clerk was laughing so hard tears rolled down her face. I asked her what was so funny.... she said "What key has legs and can't open doors?"
A Turkey.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

I almost had my husband convinced he should quit smoking ... cold turkey ... and he tried it, but didn't like the taste of the feathers, so I told him he just needs to find something else to tickle his fancy besides cigarettes.

Oh my gosh.. I have a friend, Winston (yes, that was HIS name), and his friends hit a sandbarge and his boat spang a leak. One of the guys searching for the flarebox, decided he needed a cigarette. He opened his pack found four cigarettes, but no matches or lighters. Needless to say they all wanted to smoke... but couldn't figure out what to do. SO.. Winston threw one cigarette overboard, which made the boat a cigarette lighter

Oh, I read about that story. When they threw the cigarette over, it started to tip and one guy almost fell off the boat, but, luckily, my friend, Anita Rope, was called to pull things together.

Oh my gosh, Anita is YOUR friend. She and Winston dated for a long time. He told me about the time they went out to eat at a German restaurant. After the appetizer, he told Anita, "That tasted awful." She looked at him and said... "Yes, I know. And the wurst is yet to come."
