the great pun-off thread!

For some reason clowns are notorious punners. Usually in the context of creative misunderstandings and literalism.

So since there are so many of us around, lets have a pun-off.

the rules:

1) One pun per post.
2) The pun has to relate to or play off the last persons pun in some way.
3) You can not repeat a pun even if worded differently.
4) The last person to post a pun on the thread wins.
5) moderators and admins cannot post a pun and lock the thread and say "I win." Please. Not they would.
