The first, of probably a few. Not enough to cram in a clown car mind you! But a couple to mow the lawn and take out the trash when I'm old would be okay.

I'm one of seven. We always wanted the "two to fight and one to go tell" thing, so we ended up with three daughters and a son, around two years apart. My youngest is 24, and they are still ganging up on me. I mean we still go crazy playing monopoly for crying out loud. My thirty year old still climbs up on my poor lap. She's only 5'10".

So, is everything all ready for baby Ishmael? He's only supposed to be in the oven about another week, huh? And how's Mom doing? You are in my thoughts and prayers this week.

Please keep us updated, and give us lots of pictures!! (is his room ready?) Did you get lots of clown pictures for him to wake up to every morning?

Everything going well thus far - the 13th is the expected date; but any day now I guess..

Baby's health is fine from check ups; so is Mom's - she's super excited; and even more nervous...

Update -

Due date (1/13/2008) has come and gone without anything exciting happening. We go to the doctor tomorrow and assume they'll set a date to induce (unless he comes tonight).

Either way, hopefully we'll have the baby out of the wrapper sometime in the next week. Keep us all in your prayers.

Must be a bit nervewracking! Take the opportunity to get as much sleep as you can
