Maybe use it when a kid goes from crying to a smile or something like that
 My orthodontist has an easy button and one of those plastic fairy wands at each chair. If something hurts, the assistant grabs the fairy dust wand (even for me and I'm 23 LOL) and if something seems easy, he hits the easy button (I got the easy button once - when he swapped me to metal seperators after giving up on 3 weeks of elastomeric ones. The metal ones slipped right in.)
