Fitness and Clowning
I do a lot of physical comedy when I clown. IMO, if you do physical comedy, the more physically fit you are the more fun you will have and less likely to pull a muscle that doesn't get stretched often.
To stay fit, I try to walk a lot, work out with weights and do a lot of stretching. My favorite workout is TaeBo. The biggest benefit from exercise is after I get up early and work all day and come home tired, I can still play with my 2 year old daughter who has no interest in just watching a video with me.
Does anyone else have a workout routine that helps them with clowning?
