Across the pond...
I've noticed some posts (and clown chat) recently about a lack of resources for clowns & magicians outside of the United States.
I have some links for conventions, dealers, etc (posted below) that I hope will help. More on magic than clowning I'm afraid, but some cross-over. Here they are..... Blackpool Magician's Club hosts the largest magic convention in the world. They'll have 100+ magic dealers... February 22, 23, & 24 at the Winter Gardens Complex, Blackpool, Lancashire, England. World Magic Shop. I've never ordered from this company personally, but they seem to have an extensive website. It also advertises on a magician's forum that I frequent. Prudhoe Magic The Magic Attic The Ipswich Magical Society Card-Shark International Brotherhood of Magicians Mr Doo, Clown & Juggler Circus Workshop Solo Circus Silly Jokes Talk Magic is a U.K. based forum - alot of info here,

Could be something where they've just made a braod service provider ban or something, and you're unfortunate enough to share that particular isp.
Assuming you couldn't even load the forums and went right to a you're banned screen?

 There are probably better options for purchases here in the states though... Penguin, Hank Lee, LaRocks, Bubba Sikes, Fitzwilly has a sale going on right now - and can probably help you out as well.

Just found a couple of things that I might not find in the states....
I will check out Hank Lee and Penguin, I have not heard of these two...I'm new.<:-)
