Snazz has my vote! But I agree. keep it in the back of your mind, but don't get too attached. Once he gets here he'll tell you right away what his name is.

When I was little, my mom had a friend that worked for Como Zoo, it was her job to take care of the baby primates until they were old enough to be in with the adults. One afternoon we went to visit her and I got to play with a couple of the baby orang's. Their names were Carlos and Sherman. They were just a little smaller than the puppet is, of course they grew up quickly. I used to go to the zoo every week and visit my brothers.

Chance: Yeah it really was a pretty price to pay for a puppet... but one of my friends out of state has the same puppet and I fell in love with the friendship that she had created... None of the other animals excited me as much as the Orangutan did ... Plus he looked so Loving... I've been learning to Vent with a smaller "Billy the Bible" Puppet... I'm looking forward to taking my skills that I've learned with him and using them with the Axtell Puppet.

Fitzwilly: Sadly I can't attend Moosecamp this year, I just don't have the money Saved up... However I do plan on putting a way A small amount of my check from here on just for clown camp... Hopefully I'll have enough for Moosecamp 2009 and I'll be applying for that Moosecamp Scholarship.

Princess: While that would be incredibly funny I believe that I need a male sidekick... Who knows when either of us might find someone ... My Orangutan will already have an Email buddy whos name is Niki Monkey... You can find her on Welcome To The Entrance Of The Official Ribbons The Clown Ministries (I've invited Ribbons to Join the website... I don't know why we haven't seen her join yet)

Bumbles: ... Does Pattycake have an Axtell Orangutan too?? I'd love to see pictures of the two of them if you have them.

Harpoetta: Thanks for that touching story... Kudos for such a wonderful experience.

Thanks to all for the name suggestions I'm still undecided and I'm open to hearing more if you can come up with more... He won't arrive until a couple of weeks... I'll keep you updated when He comes...

What is it with Northerners that put sugar in cornbread?? Thats not cornbread! When you put sugar in cornbread it becomes CAKE!!!

Put the sugar in the tea! Thats where it belongs! I like my tea to be so sweet that I can pour it on my pancakes if I run out of syrup!

Your new puppet friend looks like he's all arms and legs, so I think Spazz would fit too. My older daughter used to call her younger sister Spazz.

Looks like someone I'd enjoy having a cup of Java with. How about "Cocoa?"

Thanks Razz for the info on your new little friend. Although the price is a little pricey for me right now ---I am so sure he will be so worth it when the two of you form the extra special bond that only you can share with your new puppet. I love mine--I have a porcupine,
a big turtle, and a armadillo. My husband usually names my puppets--he's really good at it. My porcupine is Stickles, My Turtle is Sheldon and my armadillo is Digger. He offers up the name Bobaloo---it seems to fit.

The name "Hermie" popped into my head for the cute little guy.
