You should be happy that everyone around you speaks English so you can understand them and visa versa.

Willace do everything Fitz said. Don't try to do it all at once, but try a little bit each day. Sunlight is very important when you are feeling depressed. So is exercise. My oldest daughter was killed in an accident 8 years ago, so I know the deepest depression imaginable. This is why I stopped clowning. I am gearing up to break back into the birthday party market, all I need now is to get cards made up, so I have come a long way. If you need someone to talk to who's been there and back I'm a good listener, but also am willing to kick you in the butt when you get down on yourself. I have noticed in chat that you put yourself down a lot. That needs to stop. Every time you say something negative to your self it chips away at any potential happiness. Every morning when you get up say Fitz and Lolly plop like me so I must be great. Say it again before you go to bed. I'm sure there are other people here who would be glad to be added to the list of those who like you. Congrats on the weight loss. I can use some inspiration in that department.

You should be happy because B.A. Rascal is the 'brother that you never wanted'...
I agree with what Fitz said...
Also remember that a smile and a laugh are key parts in an international language. and are recognizeable world wide.
Also smiling lowers the heart rate and makes you breathe steadier.
