Ageing on a leap year
I was wondering since today is leap year day (Feb 29) is someone is born on Feb 29 dose that mean that they only hav one birthday every 4 years. their body will age normal but they will only age a year for every 4 years

Most just pick a different day to celebrate (generally February 28 or March 1st), and I hear some have extra-large bashes when February 29 finally rolls around again. Here's some more information from Wikipedia. Of course there's plenty of comedic potential here. I think you'd really like "The Pirate Movie", which is an updated take on The Pirates of Penzance operetta the article mentions.

It's kinda like "dog years."
I wonder if there are any "21" year olds having their first "legal" drink today? Hmmm... and perhaps a few "sweet sixteens" getting kissed?
