I've had the Daffy Duck version of John Phillips Sousa's Stars and Stripes Forever stuck in my head...

"BE KIND TO YOUR WEBFOOTED FRIENDS.... CAUSE YOUR DUCK COULD BE SOMEBODYS MOTHER!"

I tried to find a youtube clip of it but I was unsuccesful ... maybe one of guys can find it for me.

What is it with Northerners that put sugar in cornbread?? Thats not cornbread! When you put sugar in cornbread it becomes CAKE!!!

Put the sugar in the tea! Thats where it belongs! I like my tea to be so sweet that I can pour it on my pancakes if I run out of syrup!

Lately I have the "Great Big Book of Everything" from the show "Stanley" on Disney Playhouse. It's a super catchy tune, unfortunately, most kid's show songs are.

I was playing with a keyboard at Target yesterday and this song was one of the options. I am now determined to use it in an act. Beautiful.

This is the ONLY Tom & Jerry episode which I liked as a kid. (I suppose because it actually had some dialogue and since I liked jazz.) But I always LOVED it!

Tip hat

Since you're talking about cartoons...

My all-time favorite is the Tex Avery cartoon about the guy showing up at the Pearly Gates, and nobody can understand what he's saying. "I grew up overnight... I hot-footed it to Mary's, where she had a bunch of little 1's. Right there, I died laughing... What's the matter? The cat got your tongue?" However, I can't find it on YouTube.

My next favorites - the Look at Tomorrow Series!
