This morning, from some unknown reason, I awoke with "The Lonely Goatherd" from the Sound of Music bleating through my head. (AGH!!!! MARIA AND VON TRAPP CHILDREN, BE GONE, AND TAKE YOUR YODELING WITH YOU!!!)

Any suggestions of how to purge your head of an annoying melody? If so, please, (PLEASE!!!) share.

I've heard it said that the only way to get the tune out of your head is to listen to the recording and have it done with, already.
