Business Cards from PsPrint

I just got my business cards back from PsPrint and they're FANTASTIC - cut perfectly, printed perfectly, and quite cheap. Our church uses PsPrint a lot with mixed results that they're happy with but I haven't always been. However, the people at our church who send stuff to them I *know* aren't preparing files properly for sheetfed press printing.

Basically make your document 1/8" inch margin, 1/8" bleed, CMYK US Sheetfed Coated, outline all fonts, send them a PDF in Acrobat 4 format.

I can personally recommend the quality for the price. Just don't send them a JPEG or something (one of the bad print jobs we got back at church the person sent in an RGB JPEG - of course the results will be bad. Honestly, PsPrint could probably improve their reputation if they quit even attempting to print such files)

And no, I'm not associated with them in any way and I'm not sending you any referral link (if they even had such a thing), I just was really impressed with how good the quality was when I took the time to make sure I was sending them a file that was prepared properly, and the turnaround was several days faster than expected too!

NP, I ordered family reunion announcements from them too, I should get them this week and I'll let y'all know if they're consistently as good...

I got my family reunion announcement postcards from these guys. I'm not quite as amazed. They're still good, no doubt better than anything anyone could print themselves or anywhere else for the money.

This time though: the front side is scaled incorrectly, leading to a minor trimming error causing a couple of the cards to have a trace (less than 0.5mm) of white on an edge, and some of the cards are slightly (less than 0.5mm top to bottom) crooked.

Still a great bargain and something anyone less picky than me would be totally happy with...
