I have seen a few ads for the show. I know they used to do Circus of the Stars. But with the advent of Reality TV, I don't think this will be quite the same thing. I am guessing more of a Fear Factor or other challenge type program. I wasn't planning to watch, but you never know.
I think that spending a week or two learning a circus routine could be fun. I tried the Trapeze once. Climbing up the ladder in bare feet was the hardest part.
I turned it on about half way through it. I was impressed with most of the celebrities determination to master the various circus performances. I plan to watch it again. I wish there was somewhere I could go to learn some of that stuff. Looks like a great fun way to exercise.
I watched part of it half way through. Although it was impressive how the celebrities were able to preform those stunts, at least the one I saw, but it occured to me that this show might be like a cheap boxing match- people are just waiting for someone to get hit. That's just my opinion, though.
I for the most part do not like reality tv, I think it brings out the worst in people. However I did watch Celebrity Circus and that "clueless girl" did GREAT.
Christopher Knight did an ok clown skit last night of this show. A lot of fire useage (fire eating, breathing, gimmicks) and a fair share of other props and acting (balance board, -- cant remember what else).
Sure it's on youtube somewhere by now - Yahoo had an article, but I didn't open the link to see if it was video.
