Off hand, I can't think of anything wildly humorous my kids said. However, my middle daughter went through a spell when she was about five when she thought she was a collie. I have an entire summer vacation video where all she's doing is barking & howling, crawling around, fetching frisbees, and lapping water out of bowls. Oh, and she wore a collar around her neck.

I have terrible road-rage, even when I'm not driving. Now, when I get into my rage, my favorite thing to call the morons on the road is...ahem..."rooster" monger.
I've since cut back on that insult after an incident in which some jerkwad cut us off and my kid brother pipes up from the back seat "Watch it, "rooster" monger!" Ah, memories...

My daughter had a great reply to my insisting she clean her room. She said "Mommy, I don't think you really want me to clean my room." I assured her that I DID indeed, want it cleaned. To which she replied "But, if I clean it and the BURGULARS break in to steal me, they can get me. But if I leave it like this, they'll trip and I can get away. And I KNOW you don't want the burgulars to steal me!"
She also assured me, when I told her that her shoes were on the wrong feet, that they "are the only feet I have!" But the day I, in utter frustration asked, "Jennifer, how dumb do you think I am?", and she replied in utter innocence, "Mom, I have NO IDEA how dumb you are!" took the cake. What made it worse, was that I said this in front of witnesses! She also thought our real estate agent's name was Mrs. Avon, because when she rang the bell I said "Ding dong, Avon Calling!". It's an age thing.....
