Pro nose and other bulbious artifacts

I'd just like to know how many of you where your nose in the car to the gig? I have thought about afixing my nose when I arrive at my destination however a clown when driving with out a nose just looks really wrong.

I am always concerned about ruining the magic for any one by presenting myself only half dressed. What is everyone else's opinion?

I drive in clown, with nose affixed. I change my street shoes into clown shoes before I exit the vehicle, lest I let someone see the size of my real feet.

I find that it helps get me into clown. Hard to road rage behind greasepaint and a Pro Knows.

The nose is the last thing on and usually the first thing I take off. And yes, I wear it while driving!

Wowza I think it good that you don not drive in clown shoes. I think that would be deffinately asking for trouble.

I was taught that if you are in public as a clown you need to be "on." For me, that means my nose also needs to be on, even if I'm in my car.

As for the shoes, I drive with my left shoe on, as long as I'm not driving a car with a clutch. Since the right shoe hits the break and the gas pedal simultaneously, it's best to leave that one off.

I would not want kids, who were looking out the window waiting for the clown, to see me putting on my nose. I would put it on before I leave the house.

I have everything on from top to bottom, except the shoes of course. It's really hard to drive with a heavy foot.
