[Pickles]: Sometimes I end up needed a change bag more than once during a show. So I have several. But I hate to use the same device over and over. What can I use that isn't a change bag that accomplishes the same thing?
[Pickles]: end up needing, rather. I can't write
[Luki Loki]: bag with and a bag without a handle
[Jolly Well]: Topits work - Change bags without the wooden handles can be attached to a costume
[Jamz]: a mirror box youcan produce things or make them dissapear
[Granny Grace]: I love my new clear change bag. You can see right through it and it only cost $5.
[Jolly Well]: take a look at the change caps? see if you can work one into your hat maybe
[Harpoetta]: My Dad uses a change bag for at least 2 routines, sometimes 3, every show, depending on which routines he's doing
[Willace-the-Clown]: is it a ziplock back Granny
[Harpoetta]: You could use a tote bag, which is similar, but just has a flap inside that you change over when you're ready
[Luki Loki]: I use a single change bag, a zippered double change bag and a change purse
[Harpoetta]: It's a nice looking bag with a gold cord
[Granny Grace]: No, but it has a red stripe on it. Very clever from Midwest Magic. I also use a tear apart bag from Laflins that's pretty cool.

[Jamz]: I have a four way bag that changes patterns with each change that my daughter made me

[Harpoetta]: Usually when Dad uses his change bag (Jamz, Dad says we missed you at camp this year) it is the same change bag both times, he just takes the stuff out of it and puts it in his case between uses.
[Jolly Well]: I've not used a change bag since I began topitting, but the 4 way bag sounds like a nice effect for certain.

[Granny Grace]: I also have a little black box about a lady's hand size wtih a secret compartment. I love doing mouth coils out of but you can use it for other things.

[Mr. Dazzle]: Our town usually celebrates "Old Timers Day" its kind of like our town's Birthday party... what some might call a "Founders Day" but its not technically called that ... rent spaces out in the park, there are always food booths, reenactments, karaokie, food, eating contests and the Parade... I was really looking forward to clowning in it this year... But they canceled it.

[Fitzwilly]: The best way to improve your clowning is to clown, preferably focusing on one character so that you come to know him so well he functions as if he was the real person and you were the construct.

[Squiggles]: i used to catch lightening bugs the neighbors all thought i was crazy..i had this big long net and i would run around the yard chasing them...there was a place used to pay a penny a piece for them and i made several thousand dollars doing that 3 yrs in a row

[Squiggles]: they used the lights out of them to make shark repellant and they sent a quart size paint can and it had a chemical in the bottom and it dried them out enrout to them...i used to send in like 10k at a time in the can

[Lolly Plop]: The local grange fair had a pic of a cow in the paper last week. Her name was Lolly Plop too. I have a cow named after me.
[Mr. Dazzle]: my current resume that I have has every show I've been in listed by the theatre that it was done with

[Mr. Dazzle]: sadly walmart has kept me from that... I've not been able to. This is the first summer I've not done a show in 8 years

[Mr. Dazzle]: I've not been able to do a show since December of last year...
[bubblesandgiggles]: Um...I did tech for a show called Pump Boys and Dinettes, then acted in The Nerd and also in Guys and Dolls..
[bubblesandgiggles]: I practically lived at the dinner theater this summer...
[Lolly Plop]: My daughter used to do tech for local pro theater. She also danced and acted.
[Mr. Dazzle]: Which is a complete turn around from last year because Last year I didn't go more than a week between on show and auditions for another one... There was one week that I closed one show (CATS) one weekend and opened a small dinner Comedy Show the very next weekend with another theatre company
[Willace-the-Clown]: only work i had was Stock at a gas station, I worked cleanup in a hospital Kitchen, I unloaded Trucks at a toys r us now I'm a Clown
[bubblesandgiggles]: I wish I could dance...I'm taking ballet this semester so hopefully I'll learn at least a little!
[Fitzwilly]: Unfortunately that is called growing up RD. Sometimes you have to skip the fun stuff for a little while and pay your dues then afterwards you can do more fun stuff.

[Mr. Dazzle]: shows open and close... you take on a character and after the shows run is over you stop being that character... With clowning you can always pick that character back up whenever you feel like it.
[bubblesandgiggles]: Yeah...It's always sad to close a show...it's like a piece of you dies...
[Lolly Plop]: Yea my daughter finally got a real job too since the thearter closed for the winter. Once she got out of high school she wanted something that was year round and paid more. I had always hoped she'd go to college for theater but she made her own decisions.
[Fitzwilly]: With clowning it is not picking up and putting down a character, it is opening up what is inside <br>of you.
[Mr. Dazzle]: very true... well what I meant is that its something that I'll always have.
