It's a Masonic patch, I could explain but then I would have to kill you... JUST KIDDING!!!
(All Shriners are Masons first if you were wondering why the Masonic reference.)
The left shoulder patch is a S.A.S.C.A. patch (South Atlantic Shrine Clwon Association.) The left chest patch is I.S.C.A. (Internation Shrine Clown Association.)
Kinda like my clown gang colors for those of you on the west coast!

Seriously though, we're supposed to have the patches if we want to compete in SASCA or ISCA competition, so I went ahead and had Tricia put them on when she made the outfit. Plus it makes people ask "what's your patch say?" and I can tell them about the kids' hospitals.
