 This tie is similar to the tie in a couple of his pictures and it is considered an ascot. There are different styles of ascots depending on the decade. Just as ties these days have gone from wide to narrow back to wide.

Yes, that is it in the second painting you have there Fitzwilly. I could not for the life of me figure out what the thing was called! I'm glad you enjoyed the floating ball! That is still one of my favorite routines!

In my usual tradition of checking the second hand store every time I am nearby I made a fantastic discovery and purchase tonight! For just 499 pennies I am the proud new owner of a tail coat! It fits me a bit too well so it needs to be clowned up a bit. It's black (of course) and I was wondering what sort of things you guys suggest I could add to it to make it less formal and more fun. I have thought of adding some patches.

from what i seen in the movie Chaplin witch im not sure how accerite it was Charlie Chaplin used a very light white makeup down to his calor bone i cant tell you much more cuz its been a while since a movie with him playing the Tramp been on
