I'm a little late, but I use both the super white and neutra setting powders and two separet powder puffs. one specifically for the white and one for colors. I use the sock when I first started too. For me this is alot easier and less messy, I sprinkle the powder on the puff and pat it on then press it, Then I tap the puff to bring the powder thats still on it to the center I fold it in quaters so I can apply the powder into the creases of my eyes, etc. Wait a few sec. then brush of any excess. I do my white first then the colors. I do this for both my white face and auguste face.
