Please review my costume & character
Hi All,
Please take a look at my photos and tell me what you think of my new outfit. I have been clowning in the US for 10+ years but now that I'm in Africa I decided to fit into the African theme. My costume is made up of african fabric and I push the colours of my county (Zimbabwe) in the costume. I decided to keep my trademark which was the extra large Cat in the Hat (2ft tall) I have no shoes yet but use "krocs" which are very popular sandles here. Any comments welcome...

I like it. It goes well together. Not having been to Africa, I can't speak to how they would feel it looks.

Looks GREAT! The pants are wonderful! Have you considered investigating traditional fool-type character roles of the local custom and incorporating that into your new clown? I've seen some BEAUTIFUL African face paint that would but even the best of us to shame with the richness of colour, contrast, and visual interest.
