I think we are getting close to that magic number but since we (Nettie and I have been too busy this week with our regular jobs (With the "s" it is a four letter word) to talk about the Spring Fling. But just you wait, when we do get a chance to talk the ideas will be flying.

Some ideas that have been tossed around include:
- A few structured classes but not too many.
- Scheduled "JAM-time" focusing on a topic (Balloons, face-painting)
- A movie (Perhaps Popeye, perhaps a couple of silent classics)
- A cotton candy machine
- A list of other attractions in the area (The College Football HOF)

Suggestions????????

What are we thinking as far as timeframe?

I assume it will be all day Saturday, perhaps part of the day Sunday, and part Friday?

I suppose that there ought to be at least one semi-formal event where everyone can be expected to gather at the same time?

Was I of the understanding that a locally based group wanted to have some sort of alley awards ceremony as part of the event?

Perhaps the outing/trip thing should be a sort of extra add on at the beginning or end of the get together? So like Sunday, afternoon, perhaps? What else is there of significance to see/do in South Bend? (Beyond the university, obviously.)
