ok one minute i book the room next i cancel these people think iam nuts LOL... hopefully it will all go down soon... I need to know what to tell victor at fun f/x... maybe fitzwilly has something in mind?

how many people are actuall coming to this thing?
so far the only ones i know that are going to be there are Jitterbug, Fitzwilly, myself and my friend... sonshine, nettie, scuffy/sassy all cant make it...

This is just a quick email on my way out the door. There is another hotel possibility. I will speak to a higher up tomorrow morning. Room rates roughly $65 a night, the meeting room would actually be the breakfast area off the lobby. Plenty large enough for 20 to 30 people. Right now $50 a night, might be able to dicker on that as well.
Gotta go, time for Dad's birthday dinner. |
