It did rain. I was at the parade. The parade was very slow with one or two units then a 3-5 minute break until the next group. Since I only saw one clown group in the parade, I assume you were with the group with the fire engine and a few smaller things.
Yeah, that was us. I was walking under my torn up tramp style umbrella. I stayed mostly dry, and had a great time.
