I've got a full set of Snazzaroo, unused as of yet. Hoping to take a slew of classes from Mama Clown at Moosecamp this year. I bought Snazzaroo mainly because they're local and I didn't know who to ask for advice at the time. I imagine it'll do fine till I develop a preference. I'll give Wolfe and Paradise a try as well once I get started. Which brand of brushes do you guys prefer, and what type for that matter?

I don't have a particulart choice for a brand but I seem to have better luch using gold taklon brushes, I was listening to Mark Reid and (if I remember correctly) he doesn't like gold taklon at all, but instead prefers the white taklon. I didn't have any luck when I tried the white taklon. As far as sizes I use quite a few #4 rounds with some #6 rounds and #1 rounds for outlining. I have a couple of filberts (they are the flat brushes with the rounded top.)
