But I'm also employeed by my hospital in home health. I do physical therapy so I aware of Hippa, and hospital policies.

Richard Snowberg (of Clown Camp) did a class on "getting in" to Hospital Clowning at a recent convention which I attended. Unfortunately, I didn't attend his talk. But perhaps if you got in touch with him, he mighht be able to offer some advice.
