I agree with Tim.

I'd change the buttons to yellow and add some yellow bows here and there: one on each pocket and one on each leg (attached to the front where the elastic is).

Although you use light makeup. I've been told that the new lite Auguste face should dress more normal (less contrast) than a regular Auguste.

Ultimately, it has to be what you like - you're the one wearing it. I think it looks great either way.

Or maybe yellow and white striped socks, a different color shirt under the jumper or possibly suspenders.

Eh, I don't even think that the people who make up "the rules" have a very good handle on such things yet. So don't worry too much about it all too much. Though I do think that character comes first and costume is merely an expression of character.

Think so? I think Argyle socks are perfect for this Irish lass! I love your socks! Besides striped socks are so common for a clown. Argyle sets you apart!

You guys are a hoot. I get such a tickle when I come to visit. I like the idea of adding some yellow to bring it alive. The flower was a last minute add, but I really really like it and I want it to become part of the costume.

Thank you for all your advice.

Love the look! Yellow accents would be cute also. Great job!
