Teenager looking to start clowning.
Hi, I'm Vann. I'm thirteen years old and have been interested in clowning since I was four. But I just getting the courage to really start. I'm looking for lots of advice.

Hey buddy!
My name is Shoq (Rob Corba). I started clowning when i was 9 years old. Now I am 18 and I own Shoq T. Clown Entertainment here in Clio Michigan! First thing you need to do is get some clowning education!... where are you from? some of the local alleys in your area might hae a Junior Joey program you can enter. Call your local 4-H group and see if they have any clowning groups. Drop me an email ShoqTClown@aol.com i can help you get started and connected with other people that can help you out!

Welcome, Vann! I was fourteen when I started clowning through a local 4-H group. It was great experience. I also when to the Library and found every book I could on the subject! Start by reading the posts here from the beginning. There is a HUGE wealth of information in them. Please join us for our weekly chat tomorrow night starting at 9pm eastern time.

Welcome to the Forum Vann. There are a few other clowns about your age here as well. Please read as many of the old posts as you have time for and feel free to ask questions. The library usually has, or can get from other libraries, a number of books on clowning.
