Intro Bio
Buff Phoon made his first public appearance in August of 1983. Being the auguste that he is, he has trouble understanding instructions given to him. He even has the ability to mis-hear words and therefore reply in the wrong fashion.
I got into clowning just because Halloween landed on a Friday back in 1980 and I "borrowed" an outfit and makeup from my father who was a scoutmaster and had a "clown patrol" in his troop (they did parades). When I was laid off from that job I picked up some spare change by doing a few birthday parties. Since I was having fun I thought I'd better learn a bit more about the clowning thing. Many trips to the library and a subscription to (now defunct) LaughMakers magazine helped me become the clown that I am. I joined COAI (Clowns Of America International) in 1991. Since I showed an ability to inflate balloons easily, my father would buy balloon books for my birthday and for Christmas presents. I have since moved on to competing on an international level (in balloons). I am currently (April 2008) the president of my clown alley (InKy Clowns Inc., COAI Alley #361) will be the convention host chairperson for the 2009 COAI convention in April.

It's about time Frank! I have been talking up Clown Forum since November. Welcome this is a great bunch here. And you have alot to offer!!! And dont worry about Suitcase I'm gonna DRAG him to the meetings kicking and screaming. LOL My Clown Forum life is starting to be complete my clown family are finally here. I can 't wait to learn more from you frank.
