Since you're in the Chicago area, you might be interested in the Clown Guild, which meets the first Wednesday of every month in Northlake at the Sandy R. Vazquez Center, 316 N. LaPorte (basically a couple of blocks north of North Ave on Wolf Rd.) starting at 7:30.

More like the near west suburbs. Northlake is just east of Elmhurst. It's basically about a mile off the Tri-State.
I think that there is also a clown club that meets a little closer to your area. I'll have to ask a couple of the clowns who I know attend that one sometimes for more information about it. Also, I think that there is a Kiddabra associated group which meets in the NW burbs. It's funny to hear Huntley called NW burbs. That used to be considered the country.

Yeah, I can believe that. I'm not a big fan of all the new construction, but we moved here to get my daughter in the school district's outstanding special needs program. After all the money we sank into the last townhome that wasn't even twenty years old, we went new.
