Default Hi ya'll

Hi, my name is Toodle a.k.a. Benjamin Simon. I live in Montgomery, AL and I'm 16 years old. I clowned for my first party when I was probably about 10 or 11, and have probably done about one a year since then for a sister or friend. Even so, I didn't realize how much I loved it until about six months ago. I have always been addicted to making people laugh, and I've had a great intrest in any kind of impresive skill or entertainment. My resume includes juggling, devil sticks, cigar box juggling, balloon animals, yodeling, card and string magic, piano, and violin.

One big thing that kicked me into gear was when I went to my dads spring office party last year, and they had hired a clown from the local party store. The guy looked like he had almost forgoten how to smile. He was paid $110 to twist an occasional balloon and stand next to the kids that were the most frightened by him. I talked to him afterward and he told me that the only balloons he knew how to twist were a sword and a dog. So this spring I volenteered to to do the party for the just the cost of expenses, and I had the time of my life. So, here I am.

I have been addicted to this website for the past week, and hope that I may be able to contribute over time. Thanks for the wonderful site. I'll be seeing you all around.

Welcome to the Forum Toodle. If you have been here for the past week than you probably already know that there are a couple of other newer clowns right around your age. Please continue to dig around in the files and see if there is anything that catches your eye, make a comment or three and feel free to ask plenty of questions.

Glad to have you aboard, Toodle. I'm in San Diego right now, but I'm taking classes at Amridge University there in Montgomery (right next to AUM), and so I have to go there about once a semester. I'd love to meet up with you this fall!

Welcome Toodles! Oh dear, I think that's an oxymoron, saying hello and toodles in the same breath...
